Why Falcon?

Safer workplaces. Sustainable practices. Stronger bottom lines.

High employee turnover. Low employee morale. Excessive workers’ compensation or healthcare costs. Poor attendance. Too many injuries or near-misses. Do any of these issues sound familiar? At Falcon Safety Group, we help you improve the health of your people and your profit through safety, ergonomics, wellness and HR solutions. Because we understand how operations work and know the importance of maintaining productivity and efficiency, you won’t find us adding to your problems by creating downtime or disruptions. Our focus is not on training but on implementation, ensuring your people have the skills and tools to build a safe, healthy culture—one that will last long after we walk away.

75+ years of safety, ergonomics and wellness expertise.
