JEFF PACHECO, CSM, CEAS I, CEO, Falcon Safety GroupJeff is an ISO 45001 certified Lead Auditor and can assist your organization in risk assessment, safe work methods, system development, maintenance and auditing to help your organization meet ISO 45001 standards. He also holds ISO 14001 certification and can ensure your organization meets the standard requirements while aligning your business objectives with your environmental goals. Additionally, Jeff is a Certified Safety Manager (CSM) and Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEAS). He has over 20 years of experience in safety consulting and training in both the private sector as well as through his company, Falcon Safety Group. He is an experienced leader who has served as a corporate safety director, human resource director and corporate lead trainer while working with Fortune 200 companies. Additional qualifications include NFPA 2018 70e (National Fire Protection Association Standard for Electrical Safety) certification; Fundamentals of Industrial Hygiene certification and Human Resource Management certification. Jeff is also an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist and an Instructor of the DuPont STOP Behavior Based Training Program. Jeff is a National Safety Council and American Society of Safety Engineers member. He earned an associate degree from Carl Sandburg College and a BA in Leadership from the University of Arizona. |

AMY TIMMERMAN - ISO Project ManagerAmy Timmerman, CSP, CHES has over 19 years of safety and environmental experience. She has held Safety and Health related leadership positions for global companies like GE, Siemens, and Stryker. She has successfully implemented environmental, health, & safety programs focusing on reducing risk, increasing shareholder value, and improving performance through the establishment of best-in class compliance programs and systems. She has a bachelor of arts in community health education from University of Northern Iowa and a Masters in Occupational Safety from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She is a certified safety professional and a certified health educational specialist. Amy is actively involved in the American Society Safety Professionals. She currently is a Region V Area Director. She has held numerous positions in Northeastern IL chapter including: president, past-president, secretary, delegate, newsletter editor, and awards chair. She’s been actively involved in the U.S. Technical Advisor Committee for the ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and is an instructor for the ASSP ISO 45001 course. She’s currently serves on the Standards Development Committee and ANSI Z10 Occupational Health & Safety MS committee. In her spare time she’s actively involved in Girls on the Run Northwestern IL chapter and is an avid fitness and health enthusiast. |

He holds the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and the Certified Industrial Trainer (CIT) certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Carl has worked in the industrial and aerospace sectors ranging in size from 140 to 1000 employees. He has experience in the design and implementation of Safety Management systems, Industrial Hygiene, Process Safety Management and environmental compliance including Air, Hazardous Material, Storm water, and Spill Prevention permitting. Prior to his entering the Safety Profession, Carl worked as process engineer, a field engineer, and a facility manager. |
